"I had the best conversation with Denise this morning. After getting married my husband and I wanted to bundle all of our different insurance policies together to see if it would save us some money! Denise was the sweetest person and even though she was dealing with personal stress she was still very thorough and answered all my questions. 10/10 highly recommend this agency and to talk to Denise, they treated my husband and I like we were more than just someone shopping around."

"State Farm has been an incredible insurance provider for my vehicles for several years. Recently I had to make an adjustment to my policy to remove a vehicle and Amber was incredible with assisting in this process. "Begged for my business, let Denise requote me six months down the line. Spent a whole lunch break letting her send me a new quote. Ended up telling her I wouldn’t leave my current provider (who I’ve been with for 8 years) for a $10 difference, BUT if she could get all of my vehicles (2 bikes, and a 4Runner) cheaper or even close with the same insurance provider, then I’ll consider making the switch. Asked me to send her pictures of my coverages and policies to see if she could match and she’d call me back. That was a week ago. No follow up, no response, no “hey I’m sorry we couldn’t make a deal, but thanks for your time.” Glad I didn’t switch for $10 to have that kind of customer service."

"Usually never make reviews, but making an exception. My main point of contact is Amber and she does an outstanding job in taking care of my insurance needs. When switched to Sate Farm a couple years ago from my previous insurance company had some significant savings when bundled cars & house. I would strongly recommend them."

"The folks here are great to work with! Colton has always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. "I really don’t understand how these guys can have a five star rating, but I would absolutely NOT recommend dealing with them at all. They screwed us over with their constant (really weekly) price changes (increases for the most part) after we combined our car insurances. Amber is absolutely useless and should be fired immediately. After asking for Michael Burks to give me a call to fix their mistakes it got silent. I’m still waiting for that call three weeks later. You want an unprofessional team to screw you over. Call them…otherwise go with somebody else…anybody else."
